Property Manager (5+ years exp) / Receptionist

We are a family owned real estate company looking for a Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of buildings and grounds. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

· Hands-on, organized, detail oriented person who is able to work with superintendents, contractors and vendors in day-to-day real estate management

· Oversee work needed at multiple apartment buildings

· Ability to oversee light renovations, repairs and replacements

· Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory of tools and supplies

· Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed

· Draft correspondences and other formal documents

· Plan and schedule appointments and events

· Greet and assist office guests

· Order office supplies and other items needed

· Answer inbound telephone calls

· Check for violations on all buildings weekly

· Develop and implement organized filing systems

· Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Please note that all employees undergo a background check.

• Previous experience in office administration

• Experience working in a real estate or construction company is a huge plus

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yonkers, NY 10704: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
